VERTICAL MAPPING RESOURCES AWARDED CONGRESS AERIAL MAPPING PROJECT

Scottsdale, Arizona, March 23rd, 2004 – Scottsdale, Arizona-based Vertical Mapping Resources (VMR) is providing black-and-white orthophotography, digital terrain models, 2’ contours, and design scale planimetrics of an expansive area that extends primarily south and east of Congress, AZ covering approximately 25 square miles.

According to Joseph Bartorelli, VMR’s president, the mapping is being prepared at a scale of 1”=100’ and is designed to meet National Map Accuracy Standards (NMAS), per client request. The mapping and digital orthophotography is being prepared for the Yavapai County Flood Control District.
