VERTICAL MAPPING RESOURCES ADDS NEW PRINCIPAL
Director of Consulting and Development Named Principal
Scottsdale, Arizona, August 4, 2008 – Vertical Mapping Resources Inc. (VMR), a leading integrated aerial mapping and geospatial land information company, has appointed Bret Okraski to the role of principal. He will also maintain his current position as director of consulting and development.
Okraski joins President Joseph Bartorelli, CEO Kurt Okraski and Chief Surveyor Thomas Liuzzo as executive team members/principals of this rapidly growing firm with offices in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Dana Point, Calif., and Sacramento, Calif.
In 2002, Okraski joined VMR to oversee business development efforts and brought with him more than 10 years experience in the architectural, engineering and construction industries. He is responsible for company-wide sales efforts at VMR and has worked to establish long-lasting relationships with clients that have played a major role in VMR’s success to date.
“Bret has a strong ethical foundation in his business dealings and works closely with his clients to achieve their goals,” Bartorelli said. “His diligent work ethic and attention to detail has resulted in outstanding relationships with our clients, both old and new.”
Okraski is an associate member of Valley Partnership, Arizona Professional Land Surveyors, California Professional Land Surveyors and the American Council of Engineering Companies in Arizona and California. He completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Boston University.
