JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidates will be responsible for map feature collection and surface modeling from 3-D digital imagery represented on the computer screen. Candidate will be trained in many aspects of topographic map creation and related applications. Current knowledge of photogrammetric mapping is not necessary as we are looking for motivated team members with a good work ethic and positive attitude. Vertical Mapping Resources is a progressive mapping firm and a technical leader in the industry. VMR is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona with offices in San Diego and Sacramento, CA. All tasks for this position will be performed on high end computer systems and software applications. Our company employs a relaxed/fun business environment, while still getting the job done. PAY
Negotiable / D.O.E. (Health & Dental Plan also available)
EXPERIENCE
Applicant must have basic knowledge of computers (Windows) on a daily use basis. AutoCAD, Microstation or similar experience is a plus but not required. VMR will train the right applicants! We are looking for energetic, motivated people who are open to learning a new trade.
