Group Medical Insurance
Medical Insurance is offered under the VMR group plan to all eligible employees and their qualified dependants.

Dental Insurance is offered under the VMR group plan to all eligible employees and their qualified dependants.
Life Insurance
VMR provides $10,000 basic life insurance. Additional voluntary coverage is available to help you provide extra coverage for your family.
401(k) Plan
VMR offers a Safe Harbor Match program that allows you to contribute to your plan in both Roth and Pre Tax deferral programs. VMR will match 100% of the first 3% of your contribution and 50% of the following 4-5% for a total match of 4% if you choose the maximum deferral.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
VMR provides paid time off for personal leave, to help balance your personal and professional obligations.
Paid Holidays
VMR provides Eight paid holidays per year.
Jury Duty Pay
Employees summoned for Jury Duty service will be allowed the necessary time off from work to perform their civic responsibility. VMR will compensate such employee the difference between their regular salary and jury duty fees received.
Continuing Education Reimbursement
In encouragement of professional development, VMR will reimburse 100% of tuition costs for pre-approved courses that are related to your general field of interest and are successfully completed.
